- i be a: 5% ZenSufi Taoist-Music junkie-good brother with some really bad habits -Freaking Weirdo-Super Villain-Insomniac Paranoid Manic Depressive-SUB-urban terrorist-lonesome, rhinestone SPACE COWBOY-Born in Washington, (D)ark (C)olony...grew up in Columbia, MD (The Boondocks) if any of you read the comic strip it is actually based on it...moved to ATLANTA to attend Morehouse College....in and out from '93 til '98...JIVA (Groovement) groupie...YinYang/ChocalateSoul/FunkJazz regular...Ken Batie/Ken Rye disciple...basically just blessed to be in the right place at the right time to experience the Atlanta underground music scene of the '90s...ran out of $...back home in the EREA[sic]...asking myself, can this be life? Grinding daily so i can get my ass off the plantation and make a living producing, promoting, exposing, listening to good music.

- All the books i read as weird, lonely child that helped to warp in already disturbed brain. Yo MTV Raps and the Hip Hop of that time. Marvin, Marley, Malcolm, Muhammed, Marcus Garvey, Assata and Angela Davis, Huey Newton, Panthers and Parliament Funkadelic. Rare Essence, Chuck Brown, Trouble Funk, E.U., Backyard Band and the Junkyard Band. 96.3 WHUR & the Original Quiet Storm w/ Melvin Lindsey. WRFG in Atlanta and the World Party. WEAA and the Strickly Hip Hop show. WCLK. WPFW. Rumi and Robotech. Anime in general. Tom & Jerry, Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies. Sesame Street and Electric Company (whose theme music first inspired to want to be a percussionist). Bob Ross and the Joy of Painting. Public Television in general. Yin Yang Cafe in Atlanta and the amazing artists i saw come through there.
