I've been working in the music industry since 1996 initially at Island Records & Universal and then Verve and Universal Jazz before starting my own promomotion company Mukatsuku Pr in 2001.I've also been a journalist and have had columns in IDJ...Breakin Point and Straight No Chaser and written sleeve notes for several albums.I've A +R'd for Counterpoint & Exceptional Records and over the years I've put out compilations and a bunch of various 12s for a variety of uk,Japanese and USA labels.

In 2006 I started up Mukatsuku Records -a labour of love and a strictly vinyl only singles label and we've had 9 releases on the label so far,the latest being by London producer Guynamite.The label showcases a mixture of brand new artists plus lesser known tracks by other artists you may have heard of.

I'm looking for labels still making vinyl releases...be it official material or fresh edits....on a funk..boogie..broken beat or disco tip...if you have no proper distribution then get in contact as maybe i can buy stock from you for Juno.
